A friendly clan for ironmen. Your rank is earned from what your account has done, not handed out, and there is something to play for every week.
What we do
- Ranks you earn
- Every notable drop, pet, skill and achievement on your account is worth points. 13 ranks, from Champion to Beast, and you can see exactly what the next one needs.
- A competition every week
- Skill of the Week and Boss of the Week take turns, tracked on TempleOSRS. The last winner of each picks the next one.
- Events and bingo
- Clan bingo and other events, checked automatically by our RuneLite plugin, so nobody has to screenshot their drops.
- A clan that notices
- Big drops, rank ups, new members and milestones show up on the site, in the plugin and on Discord.
Who can join
- Ironmen of every kind: regular, hardcore, ultimate and group ironmen are all ranked on the same ladder.
- Main accounts are welcome as members and can track their progress, but are not ranked on the ironman ladder.
How to join
- Say hello in the Discord. That is where events, the weekly competition and the clan chat live.
- Apply on the site. Sign in with Discord and go to Join. With the RuneLite plugin, your account is read straight from the game; without it, by name from TempleOSRS.
- Get your rank. Staff check your application and you are ranked in game and on Discord.
Questions
What does the RuneLite plugin send?
Your account name, levels and XP, collection log, quests, achievement diaries, combat achievements, clue counts, loot, kill counts and pets, to the Irons Grotto server. That is what ranks and events are worked out from. Until you connect it with a token, the only thing it sends is your account name, to check whether you are a member.
Why does the plugin need a token?
The token proves the account is yours. Each game account gets its own, made on this site after signing in with Discord, so nobody else can send data as you.
Do I need the plugin?
No. Without it, your progress is read from TempleOSRS and WikiSync. The plugin keeps everything up to date as you play and records drops for events automatically.
How do ranks work?
Points come from your collection log, notable items, skills, combat achievements and more. When you have enough for the next rank, you apply from your calculator and staff approve it. A few ranks also ask for a specific item.
